FAQ
Amazon listing video — questions
What is Amazon listing video?
Amazon listing video is a short product clip for Seller Central gallery, A+, or Brand Story. On AmazVid it is a silent, listing-true Product shot: paste an ASIN URL or upload the main image, lock frame one to that still, and export MP4 that matches the buy box.
Should Amazon gallery video be silent?
Yes for most gallery placements. AmazVid Product shot exports silent by default so the clip can autoplay without fighting Amazon audio rules. Use Ad creative or Multi-shot with captions/VO for paid social — not as the main gallery file. See /en/amazon-gallery-silent-video-qa.
How do I turn an ASIN into AmazVid video?
Paste the Amazon product URL (or upload the main image) → Product shot → generate. Signup includes 8 free credits. Step-by-step: /en/learn/amazon-asin-to-video.
How many AmazVid credits does listing video cost?
Product shot is 2 credits for 5s or 3 for 10s. Ad creative is 5. Wearable try-on is 6. Story is separate: 5s is 2 credits at 768P (4 at 2K), 15s continuous is 10 (15 at 2K), and the next beat is 2. New accounts start with 8 free credits — no card required.
Does free AmazVid video have a watermark?
Yes. Free exports include a “Powered by amazvid” credit. Paid plans and the trial ship clean files. Details: /en/pricing and /en/remove-watermark-ai-video.
What is the 3-day Seller trial?
Only Seller includes a 3-day trial, with 10 credits. The monthly 40 credits arrive after the first $29 charge. Growth, Studio, and Agency are billed on day one. Cancel Seller in Billing before day 3 and you are not charged.
What is Multi-shot, VO, and named shots?
Multi-shot drafts a multi-beat clip from listing or uploaded photos. Ad creative and Multi-shot can burn in spoken voiceover plus lower-third captions when enabled. Product shot stays silent for Amazon gallery. You can name shots for catalogue ops.
Can I remake a clip listing-safe?
Yes. Listing-safe remake keeps identity lock on the same SKU still when you need a new camera move or length without inventing packaging. Start from Recents or /en/dashboard/new.
Is AmazVid better than Creatify or Topview for Amazon gallery?
For gallery fidelity, yes — AmazVid prioritises first-frame lock to the live main image. Creatify and Topview win for avatar UGC or SBV-style ads. Compare: /en/compare/creatify and /en/compare/topview.
Does AmazVid work for Shopify PDP muted clips?
Yes. Paste a Shopify /products/ URL (including custom domains), generate a muted Product shot, and embed for autoplay. Checklist: /en/shopify-pdp-muted-clip-checklist.
Which tools are AmazVid alternatives for listing video?
Closest jobs: Photoroom/Flair for stills first, then AmazVid for motion; VMake/WeShop/Pippit/Zeely when you need a broader creative suite or Shop ads. Listing masters stay on AmazVid: /en/compare.
What is AmazVid Story, and when should I use it instead of Product shot?
Story starts with a genre: anime, action, drama, comedy, or sci-fi. One click writes the prompts. The first render is a 5-second clip or one 15-second film. A longer film auto-continues in 5-second beats with the same characters, 2 credits each. It does not lock a SKU. Guide: /en/story and /en/blog/ai-short-film-from-a-genre.
How does AmazVid face swap work?
Two photos. The first keeps the scene. The second supplies the face. The play renders 5 seconds for 2 credits at 768P. It is not an Amazon gallery file. Guide: /en/blog/ai-face-swap-from-two-photos.
Can AmazVid make one clip longer than 15 seconds?
No. The longest single render is 15 seconds. Auto-continue adds the next 5 seconds with the same characters, for 2 credits, and you can chain those beats past 30 seconds.
