Agency batch: 50 SKUs across two sprints

Problem

A boutique ecommerce agency inherited a client catalogue with 50 hardline SKUs and no motion assets. Client refused cinematic “AI reinvented products.” Deliverable: silent listing-true MP4s plus a 9:16 subset for paid social — studio alternative quoted 6+ weeks.

Workflow

  1. 1. Sprint 0 — Contract the job

Define listing-true vs ads. AmazVid Product shot for all 50; Ad creative only on top 15 by ROAS history. Lock SOW with credits planner math.

  2. 2. Sprint 1 — 30 SKUs

Batch upload / URL parse. Shared lighting preset. 5s drafts. Client QA spreadsheet (logo/colour/accessory).

  3. 3. Sprint 2 — Remaining 20 + ads

Finish Product shots. Run Ad creative (5 credits) on winners. Deliver folders: /gallery and /paid.

  4. 4. Handoff

Credit burn report (165) + regeneration policy. Client keeps masters; agency keeps preset library.
